Can I order on account?
Yes, that's definitely possible! Most customers place their orders through a Purchase Order.
To do so, first request a quote. You can easily do this from the page of the product you want. Then send the purchase order (PO) via email, directly from your own purchasing system. For first time buyers, we may ask additional questions in order to perform a credit check. Please contact if you require our company details for registration in the purchasing system.For security reasons, customers established in or shipping to countries outside the Benelux must always pay in advance.

Why isn't my email address being accepted?
For reasons of security and the protection of our web servers, as well as your data, we do not accept email addresses from general mail services such as Hotmail, Outlook, etc. We kindly ask for your understanding.
That is why the server asks for a business email address. -
Can I purchase from you as a private individual?
Unfortunately, that’s not possible; we don’t sell to consumers. Twincomm’s strength lies in helping businesses implement CAN bus technology. We specialize in typical business-to-business (B2B) services, such as consulting, procurement processing, logistics support, and so on. That’s why we always ask for a company name and VAT number, for example.

Why are all prices available upon request?
The online webshop is still under construction. As soon as it is available, all prices will naturally be visible.
However, everything is of course available, and we would be happy to inform you about prices and delivery times. Please contact us or give us a call. We have over 30 years of experience with CAN. We are happy to help you and offer you immediate practical advice or support.
