We support popular online payment methods in the Benelux and the new WERO in the EU. Payment is processed immediately, allowing us to quickly process and ship your order. This ensures safe, efficient, and reliable handling of your order, without unnecessary delays in the process.

Bank Transfer

You can place your order at Twincomm by bank transfer. This means that you will receive a Pro-forma Invoice from us including the amount due and the Order Number. Please include the order number with your payment. As soon as the payment has been credited to our bank account, we will process your order as quickly as possible.

Credit Card

You can also pay by credit card. The transaction is processed via our external service provider, which means we do not store any payment details ourselves and your data remains optimally protected. For this payment method, we are obliged to charge a small surcharge to cover transaction costs.

PayPal

Paying via PayPal offers a fast and secure way to settle your order without immediately sharing your bank details. The payment is confirmed immediately, allowing us to process your order quickly. Due to transaction fees, we charge a small surcharge for this.

On Account (PO)

Ordering on account is also possible, but not via the webshop. To do this, first request a quote and then send the purchase order (PO) by email from your own system.
Customers outside the Benelux or with delivery there must always pay in advance for security reasons.

Benelux

Within the Benelux, we do not charge shipping costs for orders starting from € 250. For smaller orders below that amount, we charge fixed shipping and administration fees. We ship via Post NL and its partners with Track & Trace and signature upon receipt.

EU zone

In the EU zone – outside the Benelux – we apply a fixed rate for shipping costs regardless of the order. We ship via PostNL and its European partners, including Track & Trace and signature upon receipt, ensuring your order is delivered safely, transparently, and reliably.

Rest of the World

Delivery is also possible outside the EU, but not via the website. Delivery is always from NL-Veldhoven (Incoterms 2020: EXW). In many cases, we ship via the customer's shipping account. Please contact contact for a suitable quotation, delivery time, and coordination of transport and documentation.
